Ms. Smith decided to open a private practice to serve the population she is most passionate about when practicing in the field. Her inspiration for the medical side of speech pathology sparked during her time at California State San Marcos University while she was obtaining her bachelor’s degree. Inspired by Dr. Suzanne Moineau, Ph.D., CCC/SLP-L, she decided she wanted to learn more about treatment with the adult population.  As she continued her studies, she decided to shape her academics around neurogenic communication disorders while in graduate school.
